Terms of Service.

These terms explain how remote consulting sessions are booked, paid for, and delivered by Sampath Kumar.

1. The service

Sampath Kumar provides one-on-one remote consulting for lead generation, outbound strategy, pre-sales, and related commercial pipeline work. The standard paid offer is a 60-minute online consultation priced at USD 350.

This is a remote consulting service. No physical product is sold and no physical shipping applies.

2. Booking and payment

A consultation is confirmed only after the agreed appointment is accepted and payment is successfully received. Payment instructions or a payment link will be provided after the payment setup is approved.

When a payment link is used, the payment is processed by the named payment provider. Card details are not stored on this website.

3. Delivery

After successful payment, the client receives confirmation and scheduling instructions through the contact details they provide. The session is delivered online using an agreed video-call or communication platform.

The client is responsible for providing accurate contact details and joining on time with a suitable internet connection.

4. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate booking and contact information.
  • Share only information they are authorised to share.
  • Use any strategy, examples, or recommendations responsibly and at their own business risk.
  • Do not record or redistribute a session without prior agreement.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. By booking, the client agrees to those rules.

6. Intellectual property

General methods, frameworks, and examples remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. A client may use advice delivered during their own session for their internal business purposes, but may not resell or publish the material as their own training product.

7. No guaranteed outcome

Consulting is advisory. No specific revenue, lead, conversion, hiring, or investment outcome is guaranteed. The client remains responsible for decisions and implementation.
