Information collected
Depending on how someone makes contact or books: name, contact details, company information, booking preferences, consultation notes they choose to share, and payment or refund status. This site does not ask for or store full card numbers, CVV codes, or banking passwords.
How it is used
To reply to enquiries and provide requested information; to schedule, deliver, reschedule or refund a consultation; to maintain transaction and service records; to improve the clarity and reliability of the site and service.
Payment and service providers
Where a payment provider is used, payment details are entered on that provider's secure page under its own privacy policy. Only the information needed to confirm the transaction and deliver the service is used by Sampath Kumar. No physical shipping applies.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with service providers assisting with scheduling, communications, payment processing or video calls. It is not sold as a mailing list. It is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the service, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
